Urban Design has great products specifically the Generac generators. However, in meeting The owner of the company, Sean, the office, technician Megan, and the technicians who come out and fix the repairs, The customer service they give is second to none. They are all very knowledgeable about their product and when you call in and have a problem, they will call you back immediately or as soon as they find the fix. My cabin is off grid so when I call people up from Chico or Susanville or red Bluff, there’s always the we’ll get up there tomorrow and you wont see them for two weeks. They will come up and do a half days work and you still have the same problem. Not these guys. So when you are thinking about your next generator purchase, I would highly recommend Urban Design. They are a 5-star quality business.
